Jiu Jitsu is an effective self-defence system. It consists in techniques of kicks, punches, elbow and knee strikes, throws, ground-fighting, defences against knife and stick, improvised and traditional weapons (katana, bo, nunchaku, sai, tomfa, etc) and it utilizes the knowledge of numerous vulnerable points of the human body (kyusho).
Jiu Jitsu was born in Japan in very ancient times, evolving into the Samurai’s murderous martial art. British Soke Robert Clark 9th Dan, with an extreme care and an extraordinary ability, has assembled this millenary inheritance, bringing the style up to date according to the most current requirements of street fighting.
